All courses conform to AHA, ARC and HSI standards for certification
AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider-Initial/Renewal
BLS is geared towards prehospital providers, like EMTs, paramedics, fire fighters, and in-facility hospital providers. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. The BLS Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics. ~4.0hrs
CPR/AED & Choking for the adult, child & Infant
Geared for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED. This shortened and targeted version of the course focuses on core curriculum and skills including CPR with AED for infants, children and adults and also covers treating the choking adult, child & infant ~2hrs
CPR/AED & First Aid for the adult, child & Infant
Geared for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR, AED use and first aid. The course focuses on core curriculum and skills including CPR with AED for infants, children and adults and also covers emergency first aid care. ~3.5hrs

This course is designed for anyone involved in childcare including: childcare workers, teachers, camp counselors, babysitters, etc. This shortened and targeted version of the course focuses on core curriculum and skills to put students on a fast track to refresh their skills. It is designed to be flexible for students who need to review only specific topics to meet course requirements to obtain a course completion card. ~3.5hrs
CPR/AED & First Aid-Educator Pathway
Geared for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. This profession-based course path designed for teachers, administrators, bus drivers, daycare employees, and other professionals working in school settings.Teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, & infants. ~4.0hrs
CPR/AED & First Aid-OSHA Pathway
Geared for anyone with limited or no medical training that are required to take CPR & first aid training to meet job requirements. If all requirements are met, this course path results in a course completion card that is designed to meet regulatory and or OSHA requirements. ~4-5hrs
First Aid
The first aid course is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in first aid to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements.First aid basics: Medical emergencies, injury emergencies, environmental emergencies, preventing illness and injury. ~2.0hrs
Family and Friends® CPR AED
The Family & Friends® CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible. ~1.5hrs
Use and Administration of Epinephrine Auto-Injectors
The Use and Administration of Epinephrine Auto-Injectors program teaches students about the causes of severe allergic reactions and how to recognize and treat anaphylaxis. It covers how to use an epinephrine auto-injector, the legal considerations for administering epinephrine, and how to prepare for an anaphylactic emergency. Students receive a two year certification certificate.~1.0hrs
